Es redacta el present projecte per tal de definir les obres necessàries per executar la millora del camí d’accés al nucli rural de les Puelles, nucli agregat del municipi d’Agramunt, a fi i efecte d’aconseguir la millora del ferm del camí existent mitjançant un tractament superficial que permeti recuperar la seva funcionalitat, augmentar la seva resistència mecànica i reduir significativament la necessitat de manteniments constants i periòdics. Aquest camí ha patit un deteriorament molt accelerat durant els darrers dies a causa del trànsit intens i reiterat de vehicles pesants d’emergència, especialment camions de bombers, mobilitzats arran dels diversos incendis que han tingut lloc recentment tant dins del municipi com al seu entorn immediat. Aquest ús excepcional ha provocat l’esllavissada de material, la pèrdua de cohesió del ferm i la formació de clots i irregularitats que comprometen la seguretat i la comoditat de la circulació..
