Los actos públicos organizados por la Dirección General de Comunicación podrán celebrarse tanto en las dependencias municipales como en localizaciones exteriores sin que su ámbito territorial exceda del término de la Comunidad de Madrid. La empresa adjudicataria de acuerdo con la agenda del gobierno de la ciudad de Madrid se encargará de la instalación y desmontaje de los equipos necesarios para el evento, sin perjuicio de la asistencia del personal de esta Dirección General que, para el desarrollo de sus funciones, acuda a cada acto con independencia de los servicios contratados.
