El contracte té per objectiu oferir serveis d’assistència integral a tots els tercers en l’ús dels serveis d’administració electrònica de l’Ajuntament de Sitges, així com dels d’altres administracions públiques que l’Ajuntament requereixi. La prestació del servei consisteix en l’atenció, suport, acompanyament, resolució d’incidències i consultes a tots els tercers (ciutadania, professionals, empreses, entitats), que s’interrelacionen amb l’Ajuntament a través de les diferents plataformes electròniques d’informació, gestió i tramitació publicades, existents o futures així com d’altres administracions públiques amb les que l’Ajuntament requereixi. L’Ajuntament es reserva la possibilitat, per motius de seguretat, urgència o conveniència, de realitzar determinats serveis d’assistència mitjançant el seu personal.
