Details
UNCDF seeks to engage a consulting firm to improve career services across six partner universities by deploying a proprietary, scalable AI career ecosystem. The primary objective is to automate routine career preparation workflows, specifically CV and cover letter creation, enabling university staff to pivot from time-consuming administrative tasks towards professional coaching and student mentorship. The specific objectives of this AI-driven engagement are technology deployment and automation, institutional capacity strengthening, data driven market alignment, and tailored institutional support. The service provider is expected to implement a unified, consultant-owned platform featuring an AI CV Builder, Cover Letter Generator, and Interview Prep tools. This will standardize the quality of student applications across all six institutions, ensuring every graduate is "work-ready" by international standards. The service provider is also expected to equip selected university staff with the technical competencies required to troubleshoot and oversee these AI tools. The goal is to ensure each career center can support the students to use deployed tools and operate the digital ecosystem independently. Further, the service provider is expected to utilize the platform’s real-time analytics to ensure career guidance and document generation are dynamically aligned with current international labor market trends and employer expectations. The service provider is further expected to bridge the gap between universities at varying stages of development in terms of services and products offered, competencies and digital maturity through a blend of global best practices and customized one-on-one sessions. The firm will adapt its technology to the specific demographic needs and local market challenges of each individual university.
