The Government of the Kingdom of Eswatini has received a Loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) towards the cost of the Eswatini Road Infrastructure Improvement Programme (ERIIP) Phase 1 . The Government intends to apply a portion of this loan to eligible payments for consultancy services to deliver a comprehensive, integrated capacity-building programme.
This procurement combines two vital streams of public oversight to support the project’s fiduciary management:
Strengthening the technical and institutional capacity of the Government Internal Audit Office .
