Consultancy assignment: Preparation of a competitor analysis on attracting congresses in Q1

The national development organisation for Danish business tourism (MeetDenmark) invites proposals for the preparation of a competitor analysis on attracting international congresses in the first quarter (Q1). To be eligible to submit a proposal for this assignment, the tenderer must have: 1) Expertise in international scientific associations’ congress bidding processes 2) Expertise in the factors that influence destinations’ ability to attract international congresses, as well as the ways in which convention bureaus can influence these factors

3) Knowledge of current trends and developments in the congress sector

4) Experience conducting analyses in the congress sector

5) Access to the ICCA database and experience using it for analytical purposes

Proposals from tenderers that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
