1. The Road Development Authority is inviting bids from eligible International and Local consultants or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the CONSTRUCTION OF HARBOUR BRIDGE (CONSULTANCY). 2. Expression of Interest and all accompanying documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System:

Reference Number on the System is RDA/IFB/2026/628 3. Expression of Interest and all accompanying documentation must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 08 December 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Local Time). 4. Applicants who have submitted Expressions of Interest online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their Expressions of Interest from Tuesday 08 December 2026 as from 14:31 hours (LocalTime) till Thursday 10December 2026 at 14:00 hours (Local Time). 5. Expressions of Interest will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 10 December 2026 as from 14:01 hours (Local Time) up to 17.00 hours (Local Time). Road Development Authority 8th Floor, Blue Tower, Rue de L’Institut, Ebene, Mauritius. 6. The Road Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any applicants and to annul this Request for Expression of Interest, without thereby incurring any liability to any Applicants. 30 October 2026
