The Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hillis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Construction of a Canopy for Atrium Building, Rose Hill. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system BBRH/IFB/2026/690 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by11 November 2026 up to at 12 59 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 11 November 2026 from 16 01 hourstill 12 November 2026 up to 12 59 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on12 November 2026 at 13 00 hoursup to12 November 2026 at 16 00 hours. 6. The Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hillreservesthe right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
