Details
The Government of Uganda has received financing from the African Development Bank (hereinafter called “the Bank”) toward the cost of the East Africa’s Centres of Excellence for Skills and Tertiary Education in Biomedical Sciences – Phase 1 – Uganda Cancer Institute – Additional Financing , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction and Completion of the Multipurpose Building . This contract will be jointly financed by the African Development Bank/Fund. This bidding process will be governed by the Bank’s Procurement Framework . For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing.
