In compliance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract, and registration must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. SITE VISIT: A site visit is highly encouraged by not mandatory. Vendors have three (5) days after the RFQ is posted to submit a request for site visit.
