Le présent devis général et technique définit les services professionnels requis pour la réalisation de trois projets liés à l’amélioration de la voirie, des intersections, des parcours de mobilité active et de l’accessibilité sur le territoire de la Ville de Beaconsfield. La Ville souhaite retenir les services d’une firme de génie-conseil afin de réaliser les études, analyses, relevés, concepts, recommandations, plans, devis, estimations et activités de coordination nécessaires à la réalisation des projets décrits dans le présent document. Selon le projet concerné, le mandat peut comprendre l’analyse des conditions existantes, les visites de terrain, les relevés techniques, l’analyse de la circulation et de la mobilité active, l’élaboration de scénarios, la préparation de recommandations, la production de plans et devis, la préparation d’estimations des coûts, l’accompagnement durant une période d’appel d’offres et le soutien suivant la conception. Les services doivent être réalisés conformément aux exigences de la Ville, aux lois et règlements applicables, aux normes professionnelles en vigueur ainsi qu’aux règles de l’art
