Avis d’appel d’offres 26-672 Acquisition d’un chargeur sur roues La Ville de Saint ‐ Joseph ‐ de ‐ Beauce requiert des soumissions pour l’achat d’un chargeur sur roues. Les documents nécessaires à la soumission sont disponibles sur le site Internet du Système électronique d’Appel d’Off res (SEAO) au www.seao.gouv.qc.ca (numéro de l’avis : 20 174 315). L’obtention des doc uments est assujettie à la tarification de cet organisme. Tout soumissionnaire intéressé devra se conformer aux exigences contenues dans les documents d’appel d’offres. Pour être considérée, votre soumission doit être placée sous enveloppe scellée portant l’inscription « Appel d’offres 26-672 : ACQUISITION D’UN CHARGEUR SUR ROUES » et adressée au 843, avenue du Palais à Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce (Québec) G0S 2V0. La soumission doit être reçue avant 11 h le mardi 17 novembre 2026 . L’ouverture des soumissions se fera au même endroit, immédiatement après l’heure de clôture des soumissions. Une garantie de soumission équivalente à 10 % du montant de la soumission sous forme de cautionnement, de chèque visé, mandat-poste, lettre de garantie irrévocable ou de traite bancaire doit accompagner la soumission. Le présent contrat est assujetti à l’ACCQO, à l’ALEC et à l’AECG. La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues et elle décline toute responsabilité en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du conseil de la Ville, à sa seule discrétion, et la Ville ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil.
