We welcome interest from grassroots and community organisations, NGOs, iwi and Māori providers, Pacific providers, peer-led and disability-led organisations, and other locally connected providers. Respondents may register individually or through a partnership or consortium. Services must be community-based and whānau-centred, focus on at least one identified priority population, and be delivered in one or more of the priority locations specified in the ROI. This is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Registrations will be evaluated against the published preconditions and weighted criteria. Shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in a closed Request for Proposal. Health New Zealand expects to award multiple contracts across different locations and communities. Detailed service design and pricing are not required at the ROI stage. Interested organisations should review the ROI and complete the Response Form available on GETS.
