L’optique et l’orientation de cet appel d’offres et du contrat sont la collecte et le transport des déchets et des matières compostables produits par toutes les unités résidentielles et institutionnelles/commerciales/industrielles (2304) à desservir sur le territoire de la Ville de Maniwaki, 2126 résidentielles dont 431 logements dans des immeubles de plus de six (6) logements. Pour les ICI (industrie, commerce et institution),156 commerces et 22 institutions. Dans cette optique et cette orientation, l’entrepreneur doit prévoir et prendre tous les moyens nécessaires pour s’assurer que les déchets soient ramassés, transportés et disposés au centre de transfert situé au 161, chemin du Parc Industriel à Maniwaki, et de même pour les matières compostables qui doivent être ramassées, transportées et disposées au centre de traitement situé au 111, chemin Brandtland à Kazabazua.
