UNICEF Uzbekistan invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the development and rollout of a Climate-Resilient WASH Planning, Budgeting, Operations and Technical Maintenance Training Manual , including related capacity-building activities in Uzbekistan, with an initial focus on Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions.

Proposal Submission Requirements

Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in two separate emails , with the subject lines clearly indicating the proposal type.

All attachments must be clearly labeled.

The Financial Proposal must be submitted in a non-editable, password-protected format .

Both emails must be sent exclusively to tashkentsupply@unicef.org by 10 November 2026, 18:00 (Tashkent time) .

Proposals combining technical and financial documents in one email may be disqualified. Proposals sent or copied to any other email address will be disqualified.
