| Brief Description of Assignment | : | For SD-5: 1) Beneficiary Selection and Housing Repair Needs Assessment: ? Site selection (most vulnerable unions within selected upazilas) will be based on the Local Adaptation Plan of Action (LAPA) and conducted in coordination with Upazila Administration. ? Conduct community consultations to explain selection criteria and process. ? Develop transparent selection criteria aligned with project guidelines and share with PMU for approval. ? Establish beneficiary selection committees with Union Parishad and Upazila administration representation, following the project guidelines. ? Conduct household-level technical assessments to evaluate vulnerability to flooding and wave action, current housing condition and structural weaknesses, required reinforcement interventions, and locally appropriate materials and techniques. ? Publicly display beneficiary lists and establish a timeframe for complaints and grievances. ? Verify eligibility and document the complete selection process. 2) Provision of Housing Repair Support (Hybrid Approach): ?
