The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a responsive and flexible service for the supply, delivery and installation of carpeting and associated flooring materials within accommodation allocated to homeless households throughout the Wychavon district. Indicative Demand and Property Requirements: The information below is provided for guidance only and is based on carpeting requests received between November 2025 and June 2026. It is intended to assist Tenderers in understanding the typical demand for the Services and the nature of the carpeting requirements. The Council does not guarantee any minimum volume of work under this Contract.

  • Based on this historical data, this equates to approximately 90 referrals per annum.
