Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The objective of the assignment is to undertake an analysis of the draft Law on Social Protection assessing conformity with relevant ILO standards, with a focus on ILO Conventions ratified by Serbia. Where appropriate, the analysis should also consider relevant other legislative sources (EU acquis, Council of Europe, etc.), as well as relevant comparative country examples. The work will predominantly consist of deskwork, but if considered necessary by the consultant and/or the ILO interviews can be set up with relevant constituents to ensure full understanding of the reason and objectives of proposed amendments. The report containing the assessment of the conformity of the draft Law with relevant ILO standards should be in English and no longer than 25 pages, excluding annexes.
