Изискванията на възложителя за изпълнение на обществената поръчка са посочени в Техническа спецификация - Приложение № 1, представляваща неразделна част от документацията на поръчката. Техническата спецификация представя изискванията за софтуерна поддръжка тип „Enterprise Support“ на лицензиран софтуер на SAP, който е основна част на Основната банкова информационна система (ОБИС) на БНБ.
