Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е „доставка” по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП. Обхватът, обемът и изискванията към изпълнението на обществената поръчка са описани и регламентирани в Техническата спецификация, ЧАСТ 2 от документацията за участие. Обемът на предвидената доставка на електрическа енергия е 15 000 МWh и се формира на база на данни на Възложителя за потребената електрическа енергия за изминали периоди. Изпълнителят ще осъществява възложените му доставки съгласно изискванията на Възложителя и законовите и подзаконови нормативни актове, регламентиращи дейностите, включени в конкретната обществена поръчка. Предметът на поръчката включва доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия от координатор на стандартна балансираща група, както и всички нормативно определени такси, дължимия акциз и мрежови услуги (за комбинирани услуги по чл. 11, т. 10 от ПТЕЕ), които Възложителят заплаща на Изпълнителя по действащите и определени от КЕВР и/или друг компетентен орган цени, за съответния период на база, получена от мрежовия оператор информация.
