The U.S. Embassy in Tirana invites you to submit a quotation for “Passenger Transportation Services”. If you would like to participate, please send an email to [contact details removed] to obtain the solicitation package with technical details. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. The U.S. Government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPAs) to those firms that are technically acceptable, responsible, and clearly intend to sell services to the U.S. Government at market prices or below. Interested offerors need to know that the U.S. Government may award multiple BPAs. The U.S. Government will only award to the number of BPAs, the U.S. Government believes is sufficient to meet needs and regulatory competition requirements.
