Bethlehem Catholic High School Relocatable Classroom Remediation

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting sealed Proposals for Construction Management - Services and Construction for the Relocatable Classroom Remediation at Bethlehem Catholic High School. Paul’s R.C.S.S.D.#20. Please be advised that all Proposals are to be submitted electronically in accordance with Section 00 20 00 - INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPONENTS. A Site Tour, Mandatory for Proponents, will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:00am CST. The Tour will commence from a location near the school’s main entrance. Electronic Proposal Documents can be obtained by Proponents from the offices of: Edwards Edwards McEwen Architects, 202 Avenue B North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7L 1E2. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond issued by a recognized bonding company in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the estimated Cost of Construction. The successful proponent will be required to furnish a Performance Bond as well as a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount as soon as the contract is signed. A Letter of Surety guaranteeing compliance must be included in the proposal.
