De opdracht beoogt het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal drie uitzendkantoren en heeft tot voorwerp het op een flexibele wijze ter beschikking stellen van uitzendkrachten telkens wanneer de aanbestedende overheid hierop beroep wenst te doen om te beantwoorden aan haar specifieke behoeften.
