La présente procédure a pour but de désigner un fournisseur, par lot, avec lequel sera conclu un Accord-cadre au bénéfice duquel les Pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires (ci-après PAB), listés ci-après, pourront passer des Commandes suivant la procédure définie aux Clauses contractuelles et aux prix unitaires fixés dans l’Offre. L’Accord-cadre est passé par et conclu avec l’ACAH, Pouvoir adjudicateur agissant en qualité de centrale d’achat. Il a pour objet la fourniture de matelas dynamiques au bénéfice des PAB.
