Voor onze dienst urologie wensen wij over te gaan op een raamovereenkomst van 2 jaar, 2x verlengbaar met telkens 1 jaar, voor de aankoop van wegwerp cystoscopen en wegwerp ureteroscopen met bijhorende monitoren (4 stuks). Bij voorkeur kan er met dezelfde monitor gewerkt worden voor zowel de cystoscopen als de ureteroscopen. In deze raamovereenkomst wensen wij een akkoord te bekomen voor de aankoop van de scopen en een formule van bruikleen voor de monitoren. Hiermee dient rekening gehouden te worden in de in te dienen offerte. De totale waarde van de raamovereenkomst wordt geraamd op maximaal 105.000,00€ per jaar, of maximaal 420.000,00€ op 4 jaar voor de wegwerp cystoscopen en maximaal 22.000,00 € per jaar, of maximaal 88.000,00 € op 4 jaar voor de wegwerp ureteroscopen. Dat brengt de totale waarde voor deze raamovereenkomst op 127.000,00 €, excl.BTW op jaarbasis of 508.000,00 € excl.BTW, voor de volledige 4 jaar. Dit wordt ook beschouwd als het maximaal bestelbedrag.
