Le présent marché porte sur la désignation d’un intermédiaire pour la gestion, la maintenance, le renouvellement et le suivi des licences SAP on-premise et des abonnements SAP Cloud présents et futurs de l’ULiège. Le marché est conclu pour une période de 1 an et peut être reconduit 3 fois. Le présent marché n’emporte aucune obligation pour l’Université d’acquérir, de convertir ou de souscrire une offre RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud ERP ou toute autre offre SAP Cloud structurante via l’adjudicataire du présent marché. Les missions de l’adjudicataire relatives à RISE with SAP se limitent à l’analyse, au conseil, à la préparation contractuelle, au suivi des échéances, aux recommandations d’optimisation et à l’assistance à la décision. L’Université conserve la faculté de lancer, à tout moment, une procédure de marché public distincte pour l’acquisition, la négociation, la conversion, la souscription ou la mise en oeuvre d’une offre RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud ERP ou de toute solution SAP Cloud structurante, sans exclusivité au bénéfice de l’adjudicataire du présent marché. La reconduction du présent marché ne limite pas ce droit.
