Le présent marché est un marché public de services dont l’objet est défini comme suit : - mission d’Auteur de Projet d’architecture, de stabilité et de techniques spéciales (mission complète) d’un bâtiment (centre résidentiel de répit pédiatrique palliatif) en construction traditionnelle. La mission complémentaire suivante fait également partie de la mission : - responsable PEB - coordination sécurité santé - relevé sur site par géomètre - réalisation de l’inventaire destructif amiante - réalisation du RQT (rapport qualité des terres) - tentures, le mobilier intégré, le mobilier mobile, les ascenseurs, les équipements de cuisine et autres équipements (antennes wifi, …) doivent être dessinés sur les plans par l’Auteur de Projet. L’étude et l’exécution en sont à sa charge. - contacts avec les instances compétentes (Urbanisme, SRI, CILE, etc.)
