Le présent marché porte sur l’étude de la restauration des façades du Musée Art et Histoire sur le site du Cinquantenaire à Bruxelles. La Régie des Bâtiments a déjà rénové les autres façades du site. Dès lors, l’étude en vue de la restauration des façades extérieures et des façades des cours intérieures du Musée Art et Histoire du Cinquantenaire est opportune pour la cohérence de l’ensemble. Ces façades sont classées, voir Arrêté de classement du 22.04.2004 en annexe 04. Le marché vise les études complètes en vue de - la restauration des façades du Musée Art et d’Histoire (voir périmètre en annexe), y compris les statues, les lettrages, etc. - la faisabilité de la mise aux normes incendie en façade des bâtiments et d’un chemin d’évacuation supplémentaire au rez-de-chaussée pour l’Horeca actuel - la restauration de l’hémicycle du Musée Art et Histoire - étudier et proposer des possibilités d’intégration et/ou de reconversion de l’ancienne entrée de l’esplanade du Musée Art & Histoire, en vue de renforcer sa visibilité et d’en faire un véritable espace de mise en valeur des activités et collections du Musée.
