De aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het beschikbaar stellen, implementeren, (technisch) beheren, onderhouden en ondersteunen van applicaties ter ondersteuning van de gemeentelijke belastingprocessen van de gemeente Veldhoven (hierna: de ICT-prestatie).

De opdracht is verdeeld in de volgende percelen:

Perceel 1: applicatie voor heffen en innen, inclusief digitale belastingbalie;

Perceel 2: applicatie voor waarderen (WOZ).

Per perceel wordt één overeenkomst gesloten. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een initiële periode van vier (4) jaar. Daarna heeft de gemeente Veldhoven de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst vier (4) maal eenzijdig te verlengen voor een periode van telkens twee (2) jaar. De maximale looptijd bedraagt daarmee twaalf (12) jaar. Dit is exclusief implementatieperiode.
