Santé Québec Outaouais procède à un appel d’offres public dans le but de constituer une liste de prestataires de services professionnels qualifiés en génie, en architecture et en géomatique-arpentage pour réaliser des projets de construction et de rénovation divers pour les cinq (5) prochaines années. L’avis de qualification des professionnels est valide pour une durée de cinq (5) ans. Donc, durant cette période, les firmes peuvent soumettre leur candidature à tout moment pour se faire qualifier toutefois, l’organisme public ne s’engage aucunement à l’étude des candidatures dès la réception de celles-ci. Les soumissionnaires choisis se verront mandatés pour rendre les services professionnels décrits au présent appel d’offres. Un avis public de qualification est publié à nouveau au moins une fois l’an, invitant d’autres prestataires de services à se qualifier pendant la période de validité de la liste. Un prestataire de services peut, à tout moment, demander d'être qualifié, auquel cas l'organisme public procède à la qualification dans un délai raisonnable.
