De Opdracht bestaat samengevat uit Ontwerpen, Leveren, Installatie, Programmeren, Afregelen, Beproeving, Opleveren, Opleiding, Onderhoud en beheer van de benodigde Audiovisuele middelen voor de raadzaal en overige ruimtes binnen de Turmac Cultuurfabriek.
