Het doel is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor de levering van audiovisuele middelen (AV-middelen) inclusief de daarmee samenhangende dienstverlening.

VNOG beoogt een integrale dienstverlening waarbij Opdrachtnemer verantwoordelijk is voor de levering, installatie, het onderhoud en beheer van AV-middelen alsmede voor gebruikersondersteuning in de vorm van telefonische support op afstand, trainingen en digitale handleidingen. De leverancier fungeert als enig aanspreekpunt en draagt de volledige contractuele, operationele en kwaliteitsverantwoordelijkheid, ongeacht de inzet van eventuele onderaannemers.
