PR1076358 IBRA Form Page 1 of 4 World Vegetable Center (WorldVeg) Invitation to Bid for Retired Assets (IBRA) Sale No. PR1076358 World Vegetable Center (WorldVeg) invites individuals and entities to submi t bids for the following retired assets under the terms below. 1. Sale Items • One Lenovo laptop and one Basic Dock-90W docking station, offered together as one lot. • Laptop model: Lenovo T14S 20T0S03400; Intel Core i7-10510U processor; 16 GB RAM; 1 TB storage. • Minimum total bid: TWD 3,200. The equipment has been in use for five years. 2. Bid Requirements Use the official Bid Form provided by WorldVeg and quote one total price in New Taiwan dollars (TWD) for the entire lot. The bid must be at least TWD 3,200. Complete all bidder details, sign and date the form. Incomplete, illegible or non-compliant bids will be rejected。 3. Submission and Deadline • Email the completed and signed Bid Form as a password-protected attachment to purchasing@worldveg.org, with the subject line “PR1076358 Auction Bid – [Bidder name]”. • Bids must be received by 24 November 2026 at 16:45 (Taipei time). Late bids will not be considered. • Do not include the password with your bid submission. After the bidding deadline, the WorldVeg Procurement Office will request passwords separately and specify the same response deadline for all bidders. A bid may be rejected if the password is not received by that deadline or the file cannot be opened using the password provided. 4. Revised Bids Bidders may submit corrected or replacement bids before the submission d eadline, clearly marked as revised bids. Evaluation and Award • WorldVeg will award the lot to the bidder offering the highest total price among bids that meet all requirements. • All bidders will have equal access to relevant sale information. • The WorldVeg Procurement and Central Services Office will notify the successful bidder no later than 7 December 2026. • If two or more bidders submit the same highest compliant bid, Worl dVeg will invite those bidders to submit a further bid by a common deadline. The further bid must not be lower than their original bid. If the highest further bids remain tied, the successful bidder will be selected by drawing lots 6. Payment • Bids will be evaluated by total bid price. The lot will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest total price among bids that meet all requirements. • The successful bidder must collect the equipment from the Worl dVeg Procurement and Central Services Office within seven (7) calendar days after full payment, by prior appointment. The equipment will be released only after full payment has b een confirmed. The successful bidder is responsible for arranging collection and transport and bearing all associated costs. 7. Unsuccessful Sale If no acceptable bids are received, WorldVeg may cancel the auction or restart the sale process. 8.
