The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to establish a non-personal services blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for Armored Car Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, armored vehicles, equipment, fuel, supplies, and security measures to satisfactorily complete armored car services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
