Name & location of Work : APPOINTMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR NET ZERO ENERGY RATING SYSTEM FOR SRIBRIDDHI BHAVAN AND SAMRIDDHI BHAVAN 2. Availability of tender documents : https://sbi.co.in/web/sbi-in-the-news/procurement- news from 16.10.2026 02:00 PM to 02.11.2026 02:00 PM 3. Timeline for completion of tender for all the sites Sl. No. Description of the work Timeline 1 Site visit by the consultant from the date of receipt of work order for all sites along with project registration. (The fees for registration will be reimbursed on actual basis to the consultant) Within 5 days 2 Submission of visit report at our Office along with the recommendations for all the sites Within 10 days 3 Time period for complying with the recommendations/ observations made by the consultant for all the sites Within 60 days 4 Preliminary submission of documentation to the registered NET ZERO ENERGY certifying agency by consultant post compliance of observations made by them for all the sites Within 10 days Tender ID: KOL/PE/GREEN/2026/03 DATE 16.10.2026 Signature of the applicant with seal Page 3 of 26 Review by NET ZERO ENERGY certifying agency As per their timeline 5 Observations made by rating agency (if any) to be complied by the Bank under the guidance of consultant for all sites Within 30 days 6 Final submission of documentation to IGBC by the consultant for all the sites Within 10 days Final review & award of rating by NET ZERO ENERGY certifying agency As per their timeline 7 Acceptance of rating by project and appeal of announcement, if any. Within 5 days 4. EMD : Rs.10,000.00 shall be payable in the form of DD favoring State Bank Of India payable at Kolkata. This DD shall be kept inside Envelop -I only 5. Validity of Tenders : For a period of 90 days from the date of opening of Price Bid. 6. Deduction of Income Tax and GST : A) TDS on Income Tax/GST will be deducted at source as per Govt. Guidelines. B) The Consultant should comply with the following: i. Consultant should have GST Registration Number ii. Invoice should specifically/separately disclose the amount of GST levied at applicable rate as per GST provision. iii. In case of Correction in the bills after scrutiny, Consultant should submit fresh invoice for payment. iv. Consultant should timely file his GST return in accordance with GST provisions to enable the bank to claim the credit of GST paid to the Consultant. Terms & mode of payment : i) 70% of work order amount shall be released against final submission of documents for each site to rating agency. Remaining 30% of work order amount shall be released after getting rating for each site. ii) Security deposit and statutory deductions will be made as applicable. iii) The Consultant should furnish details of the Bank, A/c no, IFSC code etc. 8. Liquidated Damages : If the bidder is not able to complete the work within the stipulated completion period as per terms of the tender, liquidated Damages will be imposed at the rate of 0.5% of the contract value per week subject to a maximum of 5% of the contract value. 9 Eligibility Criteria Attached in Annexure- A 10 Technical Bid (Envelope-1): Appointment Of Consultant For Net Zero Energy Rating System For SRIBRIDDHI Bhavan And Samriddhi Bhavan : Submission of the following mandatory documents for at least one site for (i) existing commercial buildings having at least 50,000 Sq.Feet. 1. Work Order; 2. Completion Certificate; 3. Award of Certificate/Rating of previous works 4. Copy of Satisfactory Certificate from the Client; 5. Complete tender document signed by Authorized person. 6. Application form (Annexure-I) 7. Bio-data of Consultant(Annexure-II) 8.
