Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroyasu Kitagawa, the Chief Director, Japan Health Insurance Association ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Application design, development, infrastructure construction, operation, and maintenance for version 1 of the business portal site ⑷ Commissin period : as in the specifications ⑸ Delivery place : as in the specifications ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under the Article 30 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations ② Not come under the Article 31 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations ③ Possess the Grade A in "Service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal year 2025, 2026, and 2027 ④ Prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty ⑤ Prove to have no false statement in tendering application forms or attached documents ⑥ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑦ Being the person who does not take compensation for damages request from Japan Health Insurance Association ⑧ Do not come out of Japan Health Insurance Association during a period taking a nomination stop about duties ⑨ Enterprise have qualification of privacy mark or ISMS or ISO/IEC27001 or JIS Q 27001 (If the enterprise does not have the qualification, there must be equivalent internal regulations in place) ⑩ Anyone who wishes to participate in the bid must submit a written pledge that they are not a member of an organzied crime group as separately designated by the Association.
