Le HCR Niger lance l’appel à propositions Nº NER-UNHCR-RFP-3248 pour sélectionner un cabinet qualifié chargé de réaliser l’évaluation finale du projet « Cohésion sociale et moyens de subsistance durables pour les personnes déplacées de force et les communautés d’accueil au Niger ». Les soumissionnaires doivent être légalement enregistrés au Niger, fournir les documents administratifs requis et soumettre séparément une offre technique et une offre financière via le portail Cloud ERP. L’évaluation portera sur la qualité technique de l’offre, notée sur 70 points avec un seuil minimum de 49 points, puis sur l’offre financière notée sur 30 points. Le marché sera attribué à l’offre obtenant le meilleur score combiné, dans le respect du principe du meilleur rapport qualité-prix. La date limite de soumission est fixée au 14 août 2026 à 23h59, heure locale.
