However, L1 Tenderer should submit the whole technical bid spirally bound securely and in serial order containing pages 1 to 72 duly signed with company seal and date to this Office within 5 days of receipt of confirmation. The amount of such ASD/ APG shall be the difference between 90% of estimated cost put to tender and the quoted price.
