Oppdragsgiver har behov for å anskaffe følgende renovasjonskjøretøy:5 bunntømte kranbiler (delkontrakt 1)1 bunntømt kranbil med vaskeløsning (delkontrakt 2)Kjøretøyene skal benytte biogass som drivstoff. Kjøretøyene ønskes hvis mulig levert i løpet av 2027.Det skal også inngå serviceavtaler for de ulike kjøretøytypene. Lengde på serviceavtalene er 7 år, med en mulighet for å forlenge ytterligere ved behov.Ytterligere beskrivelse av anskaffelsen fremkommer av kravspesifikasjonen (Bilag 1).Anskaffelsen gjennomføres i henhold til lov 17. juni 2016 nr. 73 om offentlige anskaffelser (LOA) og forskrift 12. august 2016 nr. 974 om offentlige anskaffelser (FOA) del I og III. Konkurransen gjennomføres som en åpen anbudskonkurranse, jf. FOA § 13-1 (1).I denne konkurransen er det ikke anledning til å forhandle. Det er følgelig ikke anledning til å endre tilbudet etter tilbudsfristens utløp.Leverandøren oppfordres på det sterkeste til å følge de anvisninger som gis i anskaffelsesdokumentene og eventuelt stille spørsmål ved uklarheter til kontaktperson via Mercell.
