Formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre kontinuitet og videreutvikling i det regionale reiselivsarbeidet i Vestfold for perioden 2027–2030. Anskaffelsen omfatter tre tjenesteområder som samlet skal styrke Vestfolds posisjon som reisemål: digital infrastruktur og nasjonal markedsføring, internasjonal markedsutvikling og bærekraftig reisemål.
