Bakgrunn og formål

Vestfold fylkeskommune har i dag en rammeavtale for kjøp av renholds-, papir-, plast- og storkjøkkenprodukter. Avtalen har sluttdato i januar 2027, og det er derfor behov for å gjennomføre en ny anskaffelse for å etablere en ny rammeavtale fra samme tidspunkt.

Anskaffelsen skal dekke fylkeskommunens løpende behov for varer og tilhørende tjenester til renhold og kantinedrift ved videregående skoler, tannklinikker, museer og fylkeshuset. Formålet er å sikre stabil forsyning, effektiv drift og lik kvalitet over tid på tvers av lokasjoner.

Det er samtidig et mål at den nye rammeavtalen legger til rette for et hensiktsmessig standardsortiment med nødvendige lokale tilpasninger, god sortimentsstyring og en brukervennlig bestillingsløsning. Fylkeskommunen ønsker også produkter og emballasjeløsninger med bedre miljøegenskaper, samt sikker kompatibilitet mellom forbruksartikler, dispensere og maskiner.
