Sak 2026/5901Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kontrakt om kjøp av kunnskapsgrunnlag om framtidig innsynking i grunnen og sammenfallende flomhendelser i Halden sentrum. Innsynkning og flom skal sees i sammenheng med havnivåstigning, se vedlegg Om anskaffelsen. Kritiske punkter skal identifiseres, og tiltak med kost-nytte vurderinger skal foreslås.Økonomisk ramme er 600 000 kroner ekskl. merverdiavgift. Rammen er satt gjennom tilskudd fra Miljødirektoratets tilskuddsordning for klimatilpasning. Prosjektleveranse skal være egnet til å svare ut direktoratets krav definert i søknaden og tildelingsbrev.
