Details
Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS) skal anskaffe en digital HR-håndbok ("Software as a service") til departementsfellesskapet. Det er et krav at løsningen omfatter en håndbok som skiller informasjon som er rettet mot den enkelte medarbeider (personalhåndbok) i en del og en egen del som er rettet mot ledere (lederhåndbok). Avtalen skal inneholde opsjon på HMS-håndbok samt tom håndbok som i sin helhet kan fylles av oppdragsgiver ved behov. I tillegg skal leverandør kunne tilby konsulentbistand tilknyttet løsningen i de tilfeller kunden har behov for det.
