Objet : Le présent règlem ent particulier définit les modalités de mise en œuvre de la consultation préalable à la passation d’une commande, qui aura pour objet : Fournir et livrer un analyseur de réseau vectoriel au centre ONERA de Palaiseau (91) Cette commande sera régie par les CGA de l’ONERA (PJ2).
