Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat consistent à réaliser un audit indépendant des états financiers du Projet PADFP-PEJA, visant à permettre à l’auditeur d’exprimer une opinion professionnelle sur la situation financière du projet sur la base des vérifications menées conformément aux normes internationales d’audit (ISA) édictées par le Conseil international des normes d’audit et d’assurance (IAASB) ou aux normes internationales des institutions supérieures de contrôle (ISSAI), édictées par l’Organisation internationale des institutions supérieures de contrôle (INTOSAI) ou les normes comptables nationale. La mission d’audit portera sur les exercices 2026- 2028 pour une durée de 30 jours maximum par exercice.
