Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat comprennent, (i) étude et contrôle des travaux de construction d'une unité de transformation du maïs , (ii) étude et contrôle des travaux de construction de l'Unité d'alimentation du Bétail, (iii) contrôle des travaux de conception et de construction de l'écloserie régionale sous forme d'unité clés à mains, (iv) contrôle et surveillance des travaux d'aménagement et de construction des villages d'aquaculture intégrée, (v) la proposition de contrat de partenariat public-privé sur la gestion rentable des unités, (vi) études d’impact environnemental et social des différents travaux et (vii) la production des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels et finaux des chantiers.
