Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat comprennent le suivi et la gestion des contrats afin de fournir tous les conseils et appuis utiles à l’UGP et d’apporter les appuis nécessaires de nature à accélérer la mise en œuvre efficiente de la passation et l’exécution des marchés dans le strict respect des marchés conformément aux procédures de passation des marchés applicables de chaque bailleur. Le Consultant assurera la gestion des ressources financières, la passation des marchés et le suivi de l'exécution des contrats. Il devra garantir la conformité réglementaire des procédures vis-à-vis des bailleurs (BAD, BID, BOAD) et assurer la relecture juridique des accords complexes.
