Phone: [contact details removed] www.servicesepc.org 24th September 2026 Reference: RFP for FabricaƟon in MIPCOM 2026 dated 18th September 2026 This Amendment is issued with reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 18th September 2026 for the FabricaƟon of India Pavilion at MIPCOM 2026, scheduled to be held from 12th to 15th October 2026 at Cannes, France. As per the earlier RFP dated 18th September 2026, the iniƟal pavilion area was proposed as 80 sq. m., with provision for increase or decrease in the area depending upon the response from the industry and the final space requirement. Subsequently, the total pavilion area has been finalized at 120 sq. m., comprising the earlier 80 sq. m. India Pavilion and an addiƟonal 40 sq. m. area for the WAVES Theme Pavilion. Accordingly, the agencies are requested to submit their revised financial quotaƟon in two separate parts, as follows: Part A – 80 Sq. M. India Pavilion: A separate detailed financial quotaƟon for the fabricaƟon and execuƟon of the 80 sq. m. India Pavilion, as per the requirements and aƩached design. Part B – AddiƟonal 40 Sq. M. WAVES Theme Pavilion: A separate detailed financial quotaƟon for the fabricaƟon and execuƟon of the addiƟonal 40 sq. m. WAVES Theme Pavilion, as per the aƩached revised pavilion design. The agency shall clearly menƟon the total cost for 80 sq. m. and the total cost for the addiƟonal 40 sq. m. separately, along with applicable taxes and other charges, if any. All other terms and condiƟons of the RFP dated 18th September 2026 shall remain unchanged, except to the extent specifically amended through this Amendment.
