PROPÓSITO DE ESTA SOLICITUD DE PROPUESTA DE SERVICIOS (RFPS):

UNICEF busca establecer Acuerdos a Largo Plazo (LTA) no exclusivos con empresas con amplia experiencia en servicios de catering para eventos que se llevarán a cabo en las oficinas de UNICEF en Chile (Av. Vitacura 2969, Las Condes), y/o dentro de la Región Metropolitana.

A los proveedores seleccionados se les otorgarán LTA por una duración de tres (3) años, con posible extensión a 2 años por buen desempeño. El LTA será un acuerdo mutuo entre UNICEF y el titular del LTA para proporcionar los servicios requeridos a las tarifas acordadas.

Los principios de un LTA son:

a) UNICEF no estará obligado a solicitar una cantidad mínima de servicios al titular de este LTA;

b) UNICEF no será responsable de ningún costo en caso de que no se realice ninguna compra de servicios según este LTA.

c) Este arreglo no es exclusivo, y UNICEF tendrá derecho a adquirir los mismos servicios o servicios similares de otros contratistas, según lo estime conveniente.
