Dans le cadre du 80 eme anniversaire de l'UNICEF, il est prevu la production d'un film documentaire court, historique, humain et visuellement engageant, qui présente l’évolution de la situation de l’enfance en Algérie, valorise les progrès nationaux, replace la coopération entre l’Algérie et l’UNICEF dans son contexte historique et donne une place centrale à la voix et au regard des enfants.
A cet effet, l’UNICEF ALGERIE lance un appel d’offres national destiné a recruter une agence de communication/ de production audio-visuelle afin de concevoir et réaliser un film documentaire Algérie-UNICEF@80
Les prestataires intéressés sont priés de consulter les TdR en annexe et de soumettre leurs dossiers de soumission technique et financière au plus tard le 02 novembre 2026 à minuit.
